I specialize in helping clients transition to new industries, job functions, and into the world of entrepreneurship. I also work with clients looking to pursue promotions or higher level work with their current employers. 

I am an avid learner who loves sharing that passion with others. My hobbies include... learning new hobbies! This has led me to become an artist, musician, academic, avid reader, and botanist, just to name a few. The process of learning is one that I greatly value and I have pursued a career that allows me to support others through their learning journeys.

I have 7+ years in the talent management space, where I am primarily focused on learning and development, leadership development, organizational development and change management. I am an experienced people leader and more than comfortable to lead talent management teams strategically and intentionally.
