My coaching practice is strongly based on proven psychological practices to ensure that our time together is beneficial and successful in driving you towards your professional goals. I accept coaching engagements in the areas of Executive Coaching, Entrepreneurship, and Mid-Level Career Transitions. I specialize in helping my clients navigate change, whether it is individual or organizational in nature.
360 Review
As part of a coaching engagement with me, you will participate in a 360 Assessment. This assessment results in a feedback report that is comprised of data gathered in a series of anonymous interviews with your peers, direct reports, managers, and more. Additional psychometric assessments are available upon request.
